Welcome to DIY Thursday! This week I am sharing how I used EAD Vinyl as part of my closet overhaul (Which you can see on my blog here and here). Here is what you will need!
-A blank wall
-EAD Designs "In this House" vinyl
Here is the not quite finished "after" of our coat closet. I like the idea of not having anything hanging over the basket on that shelf because it houses my shoes and its easier to find them this way. However, the black back wall was wanting a little love from me.
Seriously, it was just gaping at me.
So I took my cute little "In This House" saying that I have been saving for a rainy day. Fortunately it was in dark brown and matched my ORB hooks perfectly.
I peeled the backing off and carefully lined the transfer paper and vinyl up on the wall, centering it over the basket.
I got so excited that I forgot to take a picture of how to peel off the transfer paper, but I am sure you all know by now. I explain that step every post
Here she is though, right over the basket!
I have placed tap lights in the closet too. Here is a shot at night with the lights and new organization. Isn't the quote so cute in there?! And it is something that I want us to see often. We will see it often right by our shoes! What a fun reminder to be graceful and loving in our home.

What an awesome idea! I never would have thought to put something like that in the closet! Nice!
love this idea!!
